Each card represents a stage in the governance journey: Bud, Bloom, and Renewal.
Read each card carefully and reflect on where you currently sit as a director.
There is no hierarchy and no right or wrong stage.
Effective boards require all three, working together.
Use the reflection questions to consider:
- how you are contributing at this stage, and
- how you can create space for others to grow and contribute.
