Course Information: A Board Simulation provides an opportunity to integrate a Director’s self-awareness with their ability to make ethical and effective decisions in the Boardroom. A Boardvisory Board Simulation is an immersive experience in which Board members interact with one another, guided by a seasoned Board Chair and CEO. It is a safe and supportive environment, with practical insights into real-life Boardroom scenarios, including how decisions are made, conflicts resolved, and strategies are formulated. Includes:
